• Mera Look primarily offers beauty, makeup, photography, and videography services, which are provided at our studio or on-site at the customer’s chosen location.

• Digital services, such as edited photos and videos, will be delivered via email, cloud storage, or other agreed-upon digital platforms.

2. Product Shipping

If any physical products (such as beauty kits or merchandise) are sold via our website or app:

• Shipping is available across India.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days based on location.

• Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Process

• For physical products, our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the provided address.

• If the recipient is unavailable, a re-delivery attempt may be made.

• If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned, and refund policies will apply as per our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Digital & On-Site Service Delivery

• Appointments and service bookings will be scheduled as per customer confirmation.

• Digital content (such as photos and videos) will be delivered within the promised timeframe.

5. Damages & Issues

• If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellation of Orders
