At Mera Look, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Return Policy to understand our guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and returns.

1. Service Cancellation & Refunds

• Makeup & Beauty Services: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

• Photography & Videography Services: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will be eligible for a partial refund (deducting any booking fees or preparation costs).

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations on the day of the scheduled service.

2. Digital Content & Refunds

• Digital products, such as edited photos and videos, are non-refundable once delivered.

• If there is an issue with the quality of delivered content, we offer one round of revision to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Physical Product Returns & Refunds

If we offer physical products (such as beauty kits or merchandise), our return policy is as follows:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged.

• Customers must provide proof (photos/videos) of the defect before initiating a return.

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Processing time may vary based on the bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Services that have already been rendered.

• Customized digital content (edited photos/videos, special projects, etc.).

• Products that have been used, altered, or returned without original packaging.
